Should your product arrive damaged or defective, kindly contact us at info@cretan-deli.com within 7 days of receipt. We will endeavour to replace the item or issue a refund.


Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for perishable food products unless they are faulty.


Before returning an item, please initiate contact with us.


Our return policy provides a 30-day cooling-off period, granting you 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, accompanied by its original packaging and tags. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Should your return be accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receipt of your order, kindly inspect it thoroughly. Should you identify any defects, damage, or incorrect items, please contact us promptly to facilitate an evaluation and resolution of the issue.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are ineligible for returns, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The most efficient method to obtain the desired item is to return the existing one and subsequently make a separate purchase for the replacement. 

Despite the aforementioned, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification. As previously mentioned, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
